Sound Plasma is coming back to Berlin for it's 10th anniversary.

On Nov 6th, 2026 Ensemble for New Music Tallinn (Estonia) and Ensemble21 (Belgium) – come together to create a vibrant and daring musical dialogue. This program brings together works by Madli Marje Gildemann, Oren Boneh, and Arash Yazdani, as well as Jean-Luc Hervé's "Germination", a work that blends concert and sound installation to create a constantly evolving soundscape.

Through rich sonorities and instrumental combinations from both ensembles, the concert explores perpetually transforming universes: soundscapes that take root, grow, and flourish under the batons of Arash Yazdani and Marc Collet.

This collaboration between Brussels and Tallinn gives rise to a demanding and nuanced musical dialogue, rooted in a profound exploration of contemporary musical languages.


Ensemble for New Music Tallinn was founded in 2013 and has since gained recognition both in Estonia and internationally. The ensemble's high-level musical activities cover a wide range of contemporary styles and genres, focusing primarily on alternative intonations and microtonal music. The ensemble's work is characterized by a spirit of experimentation and a desire to explore the recent history of music, while constantly discovering new sonic dimensions.
Ensemble for New Music Tallinn is the prize winner of the prestigious Ernst von Siemens Music Foundation Ensemble Prize 2026.


Ensemble21 was founded in 1999 and was born from the need to present contemporary music from an alternative perspective. The ensemble has captivated audiences with its detail, spontaneity and enthusiasm. Convinced that contemporary music should be understood as a living art form close to the audience, Ensemble21 has emphasized its relationship with spatial art and poetic dimensions through its repertoire.
