Giridhar Udupa & Shackleton + Camila Nebbia

The world-renowned percussionist Giridhar Udupa, synonymous with ghatam and the exponent of Carnatic music, released his first album »My Name is Giridhar Udupa« in 2024, in collaboration with Sam Shackleton. The album merges traditional Indian percussion with electronic elements, breaking new ground in the genre.
Shackleton, who has moved over the past decade from the depths of early 2000s dubstep underground to a diverse range of international collaborations and commissions, refined hypnotic beats on the UK’s cult label Skull Disco.
Camila Nebbia from Buenos Aires, based in Berlin, is a saxophone player, composer, improviser, visual artist and curator. The multidisciplinary artist layers her practice through the creation and destruction of archival memory, exploring the concepts of identity, migration and memory through her work.
