Nessi (Chatori Shimizu + Niloufar Shiri) feat. Vasily Ratmansky

Nessi is a duo collective comprising Sho player Chatori Shimizu and Kamancheh player Niloufar Shiri. For the Berlin show, the duo features composer and trombonist Vasily Ratmansky. Leveraging their roles as instrumentalists and composers, they create music works that integrate improvisation, choreography and multimedia, symbolozing their experiences of relocating, transforming, and adapting to unfamiliar environments.
