signals2noise is vthe first major gathering of 15 independent community radios from Central, Eastern and Northern Europe. A collaborative production and curation process will culminate in a public event where the developed productions will premiere. The interdisciplinary festival offers concerts, performances, installations, film screenings, DJ sets, discourse and workshops.
