The cantata Belarusian songs by Vladimir Rannev, based on texts by the Belarusian poet Konstantin Steshik and staged by Anna Abalikhina, is a musical homage to the 2020 revolution in Minsk. The second part features premieres by the three (exiled) Belarusian composers who portray their homeland in the time following the brutal suppression of the revolution.
