JOKE LANZ plays Zungsang
In his brand new solo program he will present compositions from his new studio album “Zungsang” (Force Majeure), a rework of his 2021 cassette on Vice de Forme.
A unique blend of physical sound poetry and epileptic noise bursts, created with contact microphones, voices, electronics and rhythms. Major themes of his intense musical universe are childhood experiences, physical eruptions, psycho mechanisms and absurdities of human destiny.

ANAÏS TUERLINCKX
experimental pianist who desarticulates the instrument and takes its core, the frame and strings, as the main sonic material for her practice. She has roots in free improvisation and is inspired by aesthetics from contemporary music, free jazz, noise and electro-acoustic music.
She moved to Berlin in 2008, interested in the local improvised music scene. Tending to a rather physical and extended way of playing, her performances are characterized by a decidedly harsh and noisy but at the same time elegiac, breezy and spacious sound.
