LIVE PIANO & BREATHING at frei-raum.berlin
© LIVE PIANO & BREATHING at frei-raum.berlin

This multidisciplinary performance offers a dialogue between piano compositions and improvisations, in which participants engage through their own breath observations and perceptions during the listening.

While listening, participants will be guided through the music of composer and pianist Marcos Meza (CL) and various breathing methods led by mentor and artist Anne-Louise Frei (DE). The resulting experience is a journey through the human body and its movements, navigating through images and sounds that allow the audience to experience their own inner journey and recharge their life energy.

Live Piano & Breathing Session is a wonderful opportunity to take a break in turbulent times. In our sessions, we guide participants to consciously pay attention to their bodies by giving instructions and leading awareness exercises. This encourages a deep connection to music and supports inner peace.
