Grafik zur Workshopreihe_zeitgenössische Musik Berlin

A series of workshops in presence about everything you need to know as a composer in Germany: The focus is on administrative, organisational, legal and financial aspects. Organised by Edition Juliane Klein in cooperation with field notes and guest speakers from the German Music Council, the Ernst von Siemens Music Foundation and from the field.

The events are primarily aimed at composers who are at the beginning of their career or are still studying and would like to orientate and professionalise themselves. Equally, all experienced composers who would like to expand their knowledge in one area or another and/or share it with the workshop participants are also welcome. In addition, the events are open to all interested parties, regardless of which professional field they belong to.

The four workshops will take place on 6 and 7 October 2024 at KUNSTPUNKT BERLIN - Raum für aktuelle Kunst at Schlegelstr. 6 in Berlin-Mitte and are scheduled to last 60-90 minutes each. It is possible to attend either the entire workshop series or individually selected parts of it. The workshops are designed independently of each other.

Workshop language is German, with the exception of Workshop I.
